Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use JuniFlo.

2. The service

JuniFloanalyzes your Instagram professional account through Instagram's official API and produces a growth model, weekly AI content suggestions, a shareable media kit, and rate estimates. The product is currently in private beta; features may change, break, or be removed while we build.

3. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18, own or have authority over the Instagram account you connect, and keep your login email accurate. You're responsible for activity under your account.

4. Instagram and Meta

JuniFlois an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta. We access Instagram data only through official APIs under Meta's Platform Terms; your use of Instagram itself remains governed by Instagram's own terms. If Meta changes or revokes API access, parts of the service may stop working — we'll communicate honestly if that happens.

5. Estimates are estimates

The growth-gap chart is a model estimate — a projection based on your top-performing content patterns. It is not a guarantee; Instagram results depend on many factors. Fair Market Rate figures are benchmarked ranges intended as a starting point for negotiation, not pricing, financial, or legal advice. Decisions you make based on these numbers are yours.

6. Acceptable use

Don't reverse-engineer the service, resell access, use it on accounts you don't control, or use it to violate Instagram's terms or any law. We can suspend accounts that do.

7. Plans, trial, and billing

The paid plan is $44/month (local-currency pricing is shown on the pricing page and at checkout), with an annual option at 30% off. New accounts start a 7-day free trial; a payment method is required, and billing begins automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first. When a founder or promotional price applies, it is applied at checkout. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record; their receipt and tax handling applies. You can cancel anytime — access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds follow applicable law and Dodo's policy.

If your trial ends without upgrading, your account moves to a free state: your last growth-gap snapshot stays visible, and roadmap, rates, and your public media kit pause until you upgrade.

8. Your content and our software

Your Instagram content and data remain yours. You give us permission to process them to provide the service — nothing more. The JuniFlo software, design, and models remain ours. If you send feedback, we may use it to improve the product without owing compensation.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data). We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms, with notice where practical.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" during beta and after. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost brand deals; our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with the competent courts in India having jurisdiction.
